Mango-Banana Breakfast Smoothies

Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Sprinkle of flaked sweetened coconut
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except flaked coconut) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Garnish with flaked coconut (optional).
  5. Enjoy!
